If you haven’t taken a drive yet through northeast Boulder’s Northfield Commons neighborhood yet, I think you’ll be impressed. There is a great selection of homes—single family houses, duplexes, row houses, townhomes, and condos—something for everyone. The variety of architecture also adds to the visual appeal of the neighborhood. What makes this a great place to live is the easy access to trails, Flatiron views, a nice size park, good schools, and community garden.
Northfield Commons is located between Kalmia Ave. and Palo Parkway, east of 28th St. I listed 3135 Ouray Street for sale there and it is a stunning, well-built home that happens to be the only one of this floor plan available! Lots of high-end finishes in this 4,200 sq. ft. home…slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, custom cherry built-ins, sitting room off master bedroom with fireplace, and 5-piece master bath with in-floor heat. Even pictures don’t do this house justice!
